Project Manager / Cabinet Installer
Quick Apply Full-time 5 hours ago Full Job Description General Summary Manage all aspects of cabinet installation and projects to ensure project timeline, budget, and customer satisfaction Essential Job Functions Take accurate frame measurements and load into scheduling/tracking tool.
Guarantee accuracy of all tracking dates for installation in scheduling software.
Ensure layout, materials, budget and quantity accuracy.
Work with the Production Coordinator to ensure accurate delivery dates of materials.
Collaborate throughout installation to ensure quality and efficiency.
Ensure job sites adhere to safety standards Assist in resolving issues/conflicts related to daily construction activities (eg.
vendor contracts, work orders, job progress, design with directive of field manager).
o Assist with customer service tickets.
Be onsite to ensure proper communication between homeowner/builder and our company.
Send proper communication to office for completion.
Supervise five or more staff/work groups.
Submit additional work authorizations for payment through Production Coordinator.
Read blueprints, write and communicate effectively, make correct decisions, and delegate work effectively.
Collect accurate measurements at frame.
Confirm cabinet installation at cabinet install and approve tops for install prior to fabrication.
Other management, administrative, and/or clerical duties as assigned.
Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
Ability to effectively communicate both written and orally in both languages preferred.
Prior experience using common software programs.
Prior experience in cabinets required.
Other construction background is also helpful.
Other Requirements This role would require the ability to lift, push, and/or pull loads in excess of 50 lb.
Fundamental mathematical comprehension required.
Ability to multi-task is required.
Valid Oregon driver's license and reliable personal vehicle available for company use required.
(Auto allowance and/or gas card to be provided.
) Travel required; daily travel required.
Weekly meetings with Branch/Facility/Field Manager to ensure consistency and problem solving.
Measuring daily with accuracy.
Template with accuracy after proper training.
