Landscape Technician *$500 Sign on Bonus*

The Al Angelo Company is looking to add to it's amazing team here in Vancouver, WA.
We are a Property Management Company that owns and operates its own properties.
We currently have an opening in our Landscape Department.
This will also include a $500.
00 sign on bonus after completion of 90 days!We are looking for a reliable, dependable, responsible Landscape Technician to join a crew of 5 members responsible for completing a weekly mowing/trimming schedule.
Work schedule is 40-45 hours per week.
Monday - Friday or Tuesday - Saturday.
This is a full time Landscape position from March - October each year and hours may be reduced in the off season depending on the needs at that time.

The duties for this position include, but are not limited to the following:
Use of power equipment including:
Push mower Stand on or ride on mower String trimmer Stick edger Push edger Hedge shears Pole pruner Chainsaw Use of hand tools including:
Hedge shears Loppers Hand pruner Hand saw Following of crew schedule, riding to scheduled properties in Company vehicle Reporting of irrigation damages, equipment concerns, or other issues to Crew Lead Adherence to Company policies including the Accident Prevention Program Using proper PPE and following proper safety procedures MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE TO APPLY PI226959728 Recommended Skills Hand Saw Trustworthy Edger Parks And Gardens Maintenance Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
