Duties &
Responsibilities:
The Receptionist position provides general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks that support the effective and efficient operation of the clinic.
o Responsible for greeting visitors and directing them to appropriate staffo Answers the phone and appropriately routes callso Schedules and confirms new and returning patient appointment(s)o Minimizes cancellations and empty appointment slotso Collects co-payments at time of service and collects patient insurance and privacy formso Compiles and records medical charts, reports and correspondenceo Educates patients about their insurance and how physical therapy treatment plans worko Assists with physical therapy aide duties, when applicableMinimum
Qualifications:
o High school diploma or equivalento Must be at least 18 years of ageo Basic proficiency with MS Office products including Word, Excel, and Outlooko Prior medical office or customer service experience preferredWho We Are:
