Job DetailsEssential Job Functions/Requirements Read and interpret engineering prints, read a tape, understand tolerances, anddimensions Knowledge of welding symbols and able to tack Must have critical thinking and math skills Able to communicate well with others Must be reliable in the knowledge of steel equipment, cranes, and shop tools Perform the set up of work station for optimal production Able to meet time frames for proper shop flow Have good work ethic Starting wage is D.
