Duties /
Responsibilities:
Frontline scheduling, phone, and email support Frontline scheduling jobs into the system (ie:
Fieldpro and Google systems) Frontline position/job dispatching fulfillment, including emergency and callouts Complete office activities and functions to maintain efficiency and compliance with company policies Assist teammates with their assigned duties, particularly when more advanced, skilled, or sensitive work is required Maintain office supplies inventory Maintain records, and documentation, particularly more complex or sensitive files such as employee files Ongoing Support of daily operations via dispatching, field work, and other duties as necessary Perform other related duties as assigned Requirements Required Skills / Abilities:
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills Have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail The Dispatcher / Scheduler should have excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines Have strong leadership skills Have the ability to prioritize tasks and request support when appropriate Have the ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment Have basic understanding of how to operate standard business equipment Be proficient with Google Office Suite or related software Must be able to pass a pre employment drug screen (tests for legal and illegal substances) and must be able to comply with our drug and alcohol free workplace.
Education and
Experience:
Have at least three years of administrative and clerical experience required Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
Have valid driver license, to operate company equipment/vehicle Physical Requirements:

The workweek is Monday-Friday and sometimes on weekends/nights depending on the need for the company.
This position requires work in an office setting but would require some time out on the job site in different types of weather.
