The Organizational Development team designs and stewards many impactful firm-wide initiatives such as talent reviews, performance appraisals, and employee engagement action planning.
As our firms Organizational Development Manager, you will use your expertise to design, implement, and improve talent reviews, performance appraisals, and other programs.
These programs will help grow our company and the development of employees at all levels.
You will report directly to the Organizational Development Team Leader for support and development.
The Day-to-Day:
You will use your project management skills to deliver performance appraisal, talent review, engagement survey action planning processes for a company with over 5,000 employees internationallyYou will develop strategic roadmaps for our talent, performance, engagement and other programsYou will transition our talent designation and succession planning from a manual process into WorkdayYou will get to collaborate with variety of HR and business partners on needs analyses and designing customized solutions, including workshops, projects and materialsYou will stay informed in your field to act as our firms expert on talent, performance and engagement best practicesYour
Qualifications:
7
years of experience in Organizational Development, Organizational Effectiveness, Talent Management or similar fieldsBachelors degree requiredExperience working with people systems (Workday, Success Factors, etc.
) as the content owner Experience leading firm wide, international projectsExperience developing customized solutions from an ambiguous need to a fully orchestrated end productProficient at PowerPoint design for executive audiences and storytelling with dataCompensation:
$100,000 - $120,000 base salary per year in the state of WA.
