Responsibilities:
- Assist with case preparation - Organize and maintain documents in a paper or electronic filing system - Assist attorneys in preparing for trials and hearings - Draft pleadings - Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and other law firms - Manage calendars, appointments, and deadlines for attorneys
Qualifications:
- Experience working in a legal office setting - Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail - Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures - Ability to proofread documents for accuracy and completeness - Excellent clerical and administrative skills to support attorneys efficiently Job Types:
