- Manage the center's budget, including financial planning, monitoring expenses, and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with educational professionals to design and implement educational programs that meet the needs of students.
- Conduct regular assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs and make necessary improvements.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and licensing requirements.
- Maintain open communication with parents, addressing their concerns and providing updates on their child's progress.
- Handle any disciplinary issues or conflicts that may arise among staff or students.
Skills - Strong leadership abilities, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Proficient in budgeting and financial management.
- Knowledge of educational principles and practices, with experience in education administration.
