Sales Associate:
Hours Requirement: up to 40 per week

-Excellent understanding of closing sales and overcoming objections
-Complete and thorough knowledge of all products carried
-Outstanding customer service
-Operational awareness of Sunlync
-Full understanding of all Tan Republic daily operational procedures, including opening/closing, key management, functionality of equipment, familiarity with salon(s)
-Maintain salon and equipment cleanliness
-Reporting maintenance issues, customer issues, mystic levels, inventory and discrepancies
-Balancing drops/tills for every shift
-Completing any tasks to help performance of salon
Salaried Associate:
Hours Requirement: 49-52 per week (depending on seasonality)
Pay: $2,200 - $2,500 monthly plus commission, spiffs, EFT profit share, monthly store and individual EPTA bonuses.
Benefit: A twelve month consecutive period of employment with Tan Republic as a Salaried Associate will grant one week paid vacation per annum

-Responsible for assisting SSMs, POCs and/or GM with covering shifts as necessary
-Handle majority of patron issues and concerns without need to pass to upper-management
-Open availability
-Help market the company and participate in LSM
District Manager:

Pay: salary $3,000

-Assist GM or Operations Manager to pull reports/traffic to create spiff ideas
-Generate and collaborate marketing and promotional event ideas with store managers and GM > -Analyze sales reports and discounts of store managers
-Assist GMs to organize appearances in non-profit functions, donations for causes/events downtown
-Help lead district training and meetings with GM
-Continue to work with employees when their product sales are low
-Train teammates who show potential for sales management
-Increase EFT base by flyering and promoting referral program
-Completing any tasks to help store performance of the salon
-Be able to multitask by doing your every day work load and taking on additional tasks assigned to you from your GM
-Help keep track of store goals
-Be in charge of check-ins for assigned days of the week for your district
-Assist the GM or Operations Manager in checking all reports (sales reports, employee tans, etc)
